Yesterday, was Addison's 2 wk check-up with her pediatrician. We really like him - he talked to us for almost an hour!
Her check-up went VERY well! She is only one ounce shy of gaining back to her birth weight. She is still a little jaundice, but he just wants to watch her for another week to see if it will continue to get better on its own. Due to her continued small size, he wants to see her on a weekly basis to obtain a good pattern of gaining weight. So, we go back next Wed to get weighed and for him to look at her jaundice.

As for now, Addison is just eating ALOT! The doc says not to let her go over 3 hours without eating, day or night...but we usually do not have to worry about that. She wants to eat every 1.5 - 2 hours at night and every 2 - 3 hours during the day! That does not sound that bad, but it takes her almost 1 hour to eat...leaving me with only about 45 min between feedings at night and 1.5 to 2 hours between feedings during the day. Thankfully, the Lord is giving me energy - because I feel really good!

Enjoy that feeding time with her. When she gets older she will snuggle with you a little and want to be everywhere a lot. I have dinner for you guys tomorrow-hope you like Pizza Hut j/k.
